Manuela is a professor at the Faculty of Psychology in the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She is an expert in the psychology of creativity. She has centred her research on creativity for more than thirty years and has published the results of her work in numerous articles, research papers and has written four books. She is co-author of a test for evaluating creativity in children: TCI, Test de Creatividad Infantil (TEA Ediciones, 2008, Madrid).

Professor John Collings is an independent consultant psychologist working for a variety of organisations and individuals. His main work covers the diagnosis of learning difficulties and cognitive impairments/deficits in adults and children, and the identification of neuropsychological effects of head injury and physical illness. He is also engaged in legal work (assessing clients prior to trial/sentencing and prison release) and has advised television production companies/directors on psychological issues in various TV programmes.

Lilian is a Mexican Psychologist who has specialized in creativity since graduating from the Autonomous National Mexican University (UNAM), where she has taught in the School of Psychology for 31 years. She has a Masters Degree in Educational Communication from the Latin-American Institute for Educational Communication, Mexico, and a Masters in Creativity from Santiago de Compostela University, Spain. She is currently undertaking a Doctoral Degree at the Institute of Education, London. Her research focuses on the competencies required by higher education teachers for fostering students’ creativity.

Kenichi Yumino is Emeritus Professor at Shizuoka University, Japan and President of the Japan Creativity Society. In high-school and college, he studied Electricity & Computer Science and proceeded to a doctoral course in Educational Psychology at Kyusyu University. His current interests include creative problem solving, how to foster pupils’ creativity in school, training in creativity for pre-service teachers, and the use of praise in encouraging creative attitudes and behaviours.

Eda Heinla is Associate Professor in the Department of Arts Therapies, in the Institute of Fine Arts at Tallinn University. She holds a university diploma from Tallinn Polytechnical Institute, a university Diploma in Psychology from Tartu State University, an MSc in Educational Sciences on "Pupils' Creativity and its Correlation with IQ, Progress at School and Plans to Continue Studies". In 2002, she was awarded a PhD in Social Sciences.
